The President Welcomes Loved Ones of Injured National Guard Soldiers to the White House
Former President Donald Trump stated on the weekend that he has extended an invitation the family of a Guard member fatally shot last week to attend the presidential home.
He noted that he contacted her family and they were “deeply grieving”.

Soldier Beckstrom, 20, was lost her life in a attack on last Wednesday in DC.
Her colleague, US air force staff Sgt Andrew Wolfe, twenty-four years old, is still in the hospital in serious condition.
Memorials across West Virginia have been held in their memory.

The commander-in-chief explained he’s talked about a visit to the White House for the parents of both individuals of the state Guard.
“I stated: ‘When you’re prepared, because that’s a tough thing, visit the White House. We’re going to recognize Sarah,” Trump informed journalists. “And likewise with Andrew, no matter the outcome.”

Community members gathered over the past few days at Webster County high school in the state to honor Sarah.
Both the soldiers had been fulfilling duties with the West Virginia National Guard as part of Trump’s federal initiative to support public safety in Washington DC.

Authorities have charged a 29-year-old individual from Afghanistan with a charge of murder and charges of attempted murder while armed.

“She had a lot of kindness and she absolutely had fortitude,” the governor informed the audience at the service. “Though her time lasted far too short, she has made an impact that’s going to endure.”
